THE BASICS
What is Magic Hour Academy?
Magic Hour Academy is a hands-on filmmaking and creative media program for teens (grades 9–12). Our studio-style space is a place to explore storytelling, cameras, editing, art, and collaboration in a supportive, low-pressure environment. We offer two clubs that both meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4–8 PM: 101 Club for new students, and Crew Club for returning students or those who have completed another filmmaking 101 program.

Every plan includes the same studio, the same mentors, and the same finished work. Longer commitments simply cost less per month. Need-based support is available for sliding scale.

Attendance & Flexibility
Students aren't required to attend every day or every month — just communicate your availability. Attendance is expected for workshops and project roles. We offer year-round programming and want everyone to be able to join.
